The MAD BARS HOUSE is one of the most unusual establishments we’ve had a hand in. There are drinks for all tastes, and the degree rises with each floor: from beer and ciders on the first floor to spirits and cocktails on the fifth. On the sixth, exclusive craft cocktails are poured. It was very interesting to work here.
Our contribution was to install storage and bottling equipment on the first two floors. Behind the bar on the first floor is a Varvar Bar beer wall with 16 taps (and 4 more for ciders and other low-alcohol drinks). Also on this floor are mulled wine columns for winter and nitro coffee for summer, 3 columns for premix drinks, and a bargan for bottling gas and syrups through a compact saturator.
The project was delivered in 2021.
