Another establishment of the This Is Pivbar restaurant chain. Not as technically complicated as the first project, which we also did. But it was not without innovations either.
We have installed two koldrums and two bar counters with suspended columns on different floors. Part of the taps are for the barmen on a separate panel. A system of reserve taps is used which allows us to dynamically flush the line without interruption. If it’s time to flush the line with a certain variety, the keg is switched to the reserve tap so that guests can get beer without waiting.
