The LITRA network are our longtime partners. In the beer restaurant, guests are offered 60 beers. A technical problem had to be solved: How to ensure correct carbonation? A separate gas mixer for each of the 60 bottling lines was not the most economical solution. That’s why all kegs were divided into groups of 10-15 similar varieties, and one common reducer was installed for each such group. Caldrum in the LITRA BAR organically blends in with the design of the hall: the upper part of one of the walls was made transparent. Visitors sitting on the first floor can see beautiful rows of kegs. Beer is served to the bar on the second floor. The project will be completed in 2020.
