This is the first restaurant in which we have implemented our idea of a spectacular application of FOB detectors. Foam cutoffs are installed on each variety and become a design element. They are beautifully lined up in a row and placed right behind the transparent top of the koldrum wall. When ordering a beer, guests can immediately assess how it will look in the glass.
