- It is important to organize the storage of the different varieties so that the correct carbonation is provided for each. Most often, we arrange kegs in the coldroom by grade and for each group we install secondary reducers. This is the only way to ensure the correct taste of beer in each bottle, because the carbonation of different varieties is different.

It’s amazing how often in our practice we have to explain to brewers that pouring beer into kegs and transferring them to the store is just extra work.
