Beer/wine store

What is a draft beer or wine shop? First of all, it is a filling system that works precisely and smoothly, like a branded watch. If wine is bottled from kegs, the equipment is essentially the same. Our purely technical tasks in design and installation are to ensure correct storage and filling, to minimize the loss of the drink. As a rule, shops take up less space than restaurants, which makes these tasks rather trivial. Certain difficulties are possible if the storage facility is located lower than the sales area of the store, or at a great distance from it. In this case, beer pumps are placed on the line.

    Beer/wine store

We have been in the beverage filling industry since 2008. During this time, our level of technical training and, let’s not be afraid of the word, imagination has grown so that it has become uninteresting to make ordinary stores. It is not so difficult to equip an ordinary pouring line, a team of engineers is not needed for this. But we are happy to take on ambitious and non-standard projects. We love it when people are proud of what they do and take it seriously. When they want not just to sell wine and beer, but to bring the culture of consumption of these noble drinks to the masses.

Yes, beer is also a noble drink: songs were composed about it, in Ancient Egypt it was included in the daily diet of the nobility along with wine. In many European countries, beer is one of the pillars of national culture. And for true connoisseurs it is very important not only to sell, but to present such a product correctly.

If you want to open a beautiful, stylish, outstanding beer or wine shop, we will be happy to help you. At all stages, from design to installation and launch.

    Ideas for a beer shop

Let’s get back to the purely technical side of the matter.

    1. It is important to organize the storage of the different varieties so that the correct carbonation is provided for each. Most often, we arrange kegs in the coldroom by grade and for each group we install secondary reducers. This is the only way to ensure the correct taste of beer in each bottle, because the carbonation of different varieties is different.
    2. Is it possible to do … without kegs and a coldroom at all? Easily! If you have a store at your own brewery with storage. It’s amazing how often in our practice we have to explain to brewers that pouring beer into kegs and transferring them to the store is just extra work. We lead beer pipelines to the store directly from the forfas.
    1. Flushing heads and recirculating flushing device make it a simple procedure that personnel can easily handle. It is enough to connect a rinsing keg with solution to the heads.
    2. Ergonomics is very important. We save every square centimeter of the area behind the counter. We arrange equipment with millimeter precision. In the store, we try to do everything so that it is convenient and pleasant to work ourselves.
